About the Conference
The highly anticipated 7th PTTA Asia Conference is set to take place in the breathtaking Sea Wind Boracay Resort, located on the world-renowned pristine white beaches of Boracay Island, Philippines. Conference Packages: We offer various attendance options tailored to meet your needs. Choose from full-conference packages or daily training rates.
Key Package Highlights
- Solo Package: Includes at a minimum shared or private accommodations, training access, camp shirt and transfer from Caticlan airport to the resort.
- Partner Package: Includes at a minimum shared or private accommodations, training access, camp shirt and transfer from Caticlan airport to the resort. Options available for training and non-training partners with private room upgrades.
- Training Only Rate: Flexible training-only option available.
*Those booking full packages that include accomodation will either be placed at the main venue resort, Sea Wind Boracay, or the neighbouring resort, White House Beach Resort, pending availability and capacity on a first come first serve basis. The ticket specifically mentions in which resort your accodmodation will be hosted.

Important Notes
- Registration costs do not include transportation to the Philippines or from the airport to the resort unless mentioned otherwise. Airport transfers can be arranged at an additional cost or often included with the full package rates.
- Optional day trips and island adventures may be offered during the conference.
- Room upgrades are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the responsibility of each participant.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made before April 15, 2025, will incur a cancellation fee based on the resort’s deposit policy.
- Training fees are fully refundable with written notice of cancellation up to October 31, 2025.
- Cancellations made on or after November 1, 2025, will be assessed a 50% penalty on training fees.
- No-show shall be unrefundable.

* 30 DAYS PRIOR NOTICE - NO CANCELLATION FEE/ FULL REFUND
* 20 DAYS PRIOR NOTICE - 20% CANCELLATION OF THE GRAND TOTAL
* 14 DAYS PRIOR NOTICE OR LESS - NO REFUND
* FOR IN-HOUSE GUEST WHO DECIDE TO SHORTEN THEIR STAY PAYMENT FOR THE UNUSED NIGHTS SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
* NO SHOW is NON REFUNDABLE and NON RE-BOOKABLE.
CASES OF CANCELLATION DUE TO "FORCE MAJEURE"
The Hotel shall not be responsible for the cancellation which arises beyond its control. Such causes may include, but are not restricted to, acts of God or public enemy, fires, floods, strikes, earthquakes, computer or communication failures, and severe weather.
While we cannot return your down payments in such events, conversely, you can re-book it within (3) three months period from the date of cancellation (This is subject to room availability.)
