SORRCA - DIVA Scale Class 2 (*Rule changes from 2021) Partial Approval - $39.99

Alright Ladies, time to dust off the trucks and come out to compete against the other Ladies of the crowd. There has been enough interest shown that we will give it a shot for this years event. The DIVA Class is a Saturday only event. And will be run on separate courses. BUT, the maximum COUNTED Scale points will be 30. You can have more, but you'll max out at 30. Awards will be given for the Top 3 in class as long as we have 10+ signed up. If you sign up for this class, you may ALSO sign up for the standard Class 2, as they are not run on the same courses anymore. This is the ONLY class, that you can share a truck with someone else in. Sorry Fellas, no you can not "Identify as" for this event. :-)

SORRCA - Scale Class 2 - Thursday Access - READ Partial Approval - $49.99

SORRCA CLASS 2 RULES APPLY - THURSDAY AFTERNOON RUNNING ONLY. If you purchase this ticket, it is ONLY good for Thursday afternoon running of C2 courses. In order to buy this ticket, you need to have attended 2021 SuperShafty Fall Crawl, OR at least 2 Key City Hobby Events in 2022, or have Admin Permission. You are running the same courses as everyone else, and your scores are calculated along with all the other C2 scores. You just have to run all your courses on Thursday. The price is less than the normal C2 tickets only as an incentive to purchase this ticket instead of the other ones if you are going to be on location on Thursday anyway.

2022 - SUPERSHAFTY & KEY CITY HOBBY will be hosting the 5th Annual Fall Crawl.


We will be crawling at the Adventure Sports Center International (ASCI)
This is a Man Made Whitewater facility (NO Flooding) in McHenry Maryland (Deep Creek Lake)
The Main portion of this event will be based on Sorrca rules.

  • Class 1, Class 2, Class 3 and Kids Class, and U4 Style Rock Race

Also returning this year, we will have some addional NON Scale Classes Based on WRCCA Rules

  • Pro Class, Sportsman Class, and Mini Class.


Official Event hotel - Lodge at WISP. - We have 20 rooms blocked for us, so if you want one, don't wait.

There is also TONS of rental properties around the lake, which this is off-season, so Group together and rent a whole house for cheap.

There are LOTS of accessible areas for those with limited mobility to watch.
Kids are welcome. There will be 2 kids courses during the event each day for Kids 12 and under.

For those Young Guns that are more skilled, they are encouraged to compete in the normal classes too.


We had to get an insurance policy in order to use the event site. Which states that Alcohol is not permitted.
Ez-Ups are allowed. There are no benches, tables or chairs around the comp area. Please bring your own.
Because of wind, Ez-ups MUST be completely taken down at night. Anything left standing at dark will be confiscated by ASCI event staff.

The standard restrooms are going to be open again for 2022.
Coolers will be permitted. But NO Glass.

There WILL be a Food Truck present. - Good Carma Catering is coming back !!! WOOHOO!!!

Since we don't have enough time to pack this event into a Saturday and Sunday, and leave time for people to safely travel home afterwards, we are sticking with the 3 day format for 2022.

THURSDAY:

  • 12:00pm to 6:30pm - Open Registration and Tech in for all Classes.
  • 12:00pm to 6:30pm - Couses open to Judges and those with Pre-Access Passes.
  • (In order to qualify for Pre-Access, you have to have attended at least 2 events at Key City Hobby in 2022, or the 2021 SSFC event)


FRIDAY:

  • 7:00am to 8:30am - Open Registration and Tech For C2 & C3 Only
  • 9:00am to 9:30am - Drivers meeting
  • 9:30am to 9:45am - Judges Meeting
  • 10:00am to 4:00pm - WRCCA Mini & Pro Courses open.
  • 10:00am to 5:00pm - C3 Courses Open.
  • 10:00am to 5:00pm - C2 Courses Open.
  • 4:00pm to 6:00pm - Top 5 WRCCA Mini & Pro Shootouts


SATURDAY:

  • 7:00am to 8:30am - Open Registration and Tech
  • 8:45am to 9:00am - Drivers meeting Recap from Friday
  • 9:00am to 9:15am - Judges meeting
  • 9:30am to 3:00pm - C1 Courses Open.
  • 9:30am to 4:00pm - C2 Courses Open.
  • 9:30am to 2:30pm - WRCCA Sportsman Courses open.
  • 4:00pm to 5:00pm - Top 5 WRCCA Sportsman Shootouts
  • 5:00pm Until finished - U4 Race Qualifying and Main Event.
