We cover our Residential, Commercial, and Tankless products in this 4-day class. On Monday we cover Residential installation and troubleshooting on standard gas, standard electric, power/power direct vent, energy saver, heat pump, and condensing gas. On Tuesday we cover diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair on our Commercial modulating products, multi-flue line, and Commercial electric products. Wednesday and Thursday are dedicated to our new, industry-leading Tankless workshop that includes a full product teardown, product selection and application, installation, and troubleshooting. This workshop also includes a tour of our plant in Ashland City, TN. If you register for this workshop, you will be expected to attend all 4 days. If you cannot attend all 4 days, consider attending one of our shorter, topic-specific workshops.
Cancellation policy Due to the preparations we need to make for workshop attendance, we encourage you to cancel your registration for any workshop that you will be unable to attend at least 1 work week in advance of the workshop start date. There is no cancellation fee for our classes. You are entirely responsible for hotel arrangements, including cancellations and any hotel fees. Please consult your hotel reservation confirmation for cancellation information.
