360 Realtor Safetly will be taught by Jessica Rahm, Dwayne Hines, and Chris Clayton. 

DESCRIPTION:

This class is designed to educate agents on all aspects of safety, including personal physical safety and cyber safety, with the idea of understanding how to identify and assess risks and decrease risk exposure and to provide a road map and action plan on how agents can protect themselves from bodily harm and cyber threats. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES: Students will master the following:

  • 1.  Become aware of issues involving personal safety and identifying and assessing risks.
  • 2.  Learn and develop safety best practices and how to execute them.
  • 3.  Introducing and implementing situational awareness to improve physical safety for realtors.
  • 4.  Understand best practices for securing social media, e-mail and personal data. 
  • 5.  Become aware of current methods wire fraud.
  • 6.  Create a road map and action plan for comprehensive realtor safety, including physical safety and cyber safety.

We will be welcoming special guest and feature speaker Chris Clayton.

Chris was responsible for arresting the suspect that murdered the two West Cobb realtors in 2003.
