Welcome to the third annual edition of The 360, a premier two-day technical conference and networking experience designed for risk professionals from insureds, captives, insurance markets, global brokers, MGAs, and reinsurers.
This exclusive gathering fosters open dialogue, strategic insights, and collaborative momentum among industry decision-makers across the Americas.
Day 1 will continue to be a “panels day” for Risk Managers and Markets, with sponsoring MGAs, brokers, and other service providers. As requested by RMs, the last slot of the day will be reserved for their own “behind closed doors” informal discussion.
Day 2 will focus on “unplugged” smaller meetings for Risk Managers only. 360 sponsors will, in succession, each “own the room” for a more intimate conversation with RMs on a topic of their expertise.

For booking pre and post nights of the scheduled event dates, you must contact the hotel directly with your confirmation number of the event dates for her to check availability and extend your reservation accordingly.
Incidentals: You will be asked to present a credit card at check-in to guarantee your incidentals.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Substitutions & Cancellations
Participants may nominate an alternative person from their organisation to attend up to seven (7) days prior to the start of the event.
2. Changes in Program/Agenda – Cancellation/Postponement of Event;
i The organizers (Miami Professional Events LLC) reserve the right to make alterations to the program, venue and timings.
ii In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the conference is being postponed or the dates being changed, the organizers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the participant.
3. Service Provider tickets
Service Providers' tickets are limited to two (2) per each Service Provider company.
4. Speakers
Views expressed by speakers are their own. Miami Professional events LLC cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference or in any material provided to participants.
Miami Professional Events LLC may use the speaker’s name for promoting the Forum.
5. Photography & Filming
For promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer at the event. These photographs are the property of the organizers and may be used on the website, Insurance Professionals Miami blog, social media channels and other marketing materials. Participants who do not wish to be photographed should advise the organizers by email to info@360-day.com seven (7) days prior to the event.
6. Data Protection
By submitting registration details, participants agree to allow Miami Professional Events LLC, QLDG, Kennedys and companies associated with the conference to contact them regarding their services. Participants who do not wish to receive such communications, please email info@360-day.com . The contact details of registered participants will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed to all attendees for them to see who is at the conference for the purpose of networking and meetings. Participants who do not wish to be included on this list should email info@360-day.com.
7. Insurance
It is the responsibility of the participant to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. Miami Professional Events LLC cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage.
