Following requests we will be offering a series of 6 Saturday morning 3 star training sessions, running from the 14th of October for 6 weeks.
 
These are appropriate for all of the following disciplines:
 
3 Star Touring Kayak
3 Star Touring Canoe
3 Star WW Kayak
3 Star Open Canoe
 
These sessions will concentrate on the flat water skills that are required for all of these awards, with then further training in the appropriate discipline available after this.
