For booking pre and post nights of the scheduled event dates, you must contact the hotel directly with your confirmation number of the event dates for her to check availability and extend your reservation accordingly.

Incidentals: You will be asked to present a credit card at check-in to guarantee your incidentals.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Substitutions & Cancellations
Participants may nominate an alternative person from their organisation to attend up to seven (7) days prior to the start of the event.

2. Changes in Program/Agenda – Cancellation/Postponement of Event;
i  The organizers (Miami Professional Events LLC) reserve the right to make alterations to the program, venue and timings.

ii In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the conference is being postponed or the dates being changed, the organizers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the participant.

3. Speakers
Event is conducted under Chatham House Rules.  Views expressed by speakers are their own. Miami Professional events LLC cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference or in any material provided to participants.

Miami Professional Events LLC may use the speaker’s name for promoting the Forum.

4. Photography & Filming
For promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer at the event. These photographs are the property of the organizers and may be used on the website, Insurance Professionals Miami blog, social media channels and other marketing materials.

5. Data Protection
By submitting registration details, participants agree to allow Miami Professional Events LLC, QLDG, ICCE and companies associated with the conference to contact them regarding their services. The contact details of registered participants will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed to all attendees for them to see who is at the conference for the purpose of networking and meetings. 

6. Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance coverage in connection with their attendance. Miami Professional Events LLC accepts no liability for any loss, liability or damage arising from participation in the conference.

As an experienced insurance professional, you are expected to understand these terms. By attending the conference, you acknowledge and accept them.
