This August, Spa Leaders and Corporate Partners from across our organization will come together for our Corporate Spa Manager Leadership Summit, a dedicated opportunity to invest in our growth, strengthen our partnerships, and build an even stronger leadership community.
Over two engaging days, we will step away from our daily routines to focus on learning, development, collaboration, and connection. Through a variety of interactive experiences and leadership-focused sessions, we will challenge ourselves to think differently, share best practices, and continue elevating the way we lead our teams and support our business.
The summit will include:
- Leadership development and competency-based learning sessions
- Presentations from Corporate and Co-op Leaders
- Collaborative working sessions focused on growth and innovation
- Team-building activities designed to strengthen relationships and encourage new perspectives
- Opportunities to connect and learn from peers and successful leaders across our organization
- A team dinner to celebrate our collective accomplishments and build stronger connections
Hotel accommodations will be provided for attendees traveling from outside the Orlando area. Lunch will be provided both days. Certain group meals and events will be hosted, and remaining meal expenses may be expensed in line with company guidelines.
This summit is more than a meeting, it is an opportunity to elevate our leadership, inspire new ideas, and strengthen the relationships that help us succeed together.
