Steve’s experience in multi-line commercial claims began in 1996. Prior to his tenure at Marsh, Steve held technical and managerial leadership positions at two major insurance carriers. His direct claim handling experience includes property, general liability, auto liability, workers’ compensation, public sector- general and professional governmental liability with an emphasis on law enforcement liability and Federal civil rights claims.

Mike joined FM in May of 2017, He is responsible for underwriting large commercial property clients across a variety of industries including molten materials, hospitals, universities, pharmaceuticals, telecom, mining, retail, food processing, semi-conductor, power generation, chemical and numerous forms of manufacturing. Prior to his time at FM, Mike spent ten years as a Senior Account Executive in the non-profit fundraising industry.

Her experience includes numerous hearings before the New York Workers’ Compensation Board, as well as workers’ compensation appeals. For Danielle’s experience and reputation, she was named an Upstate New York Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2017 through 2023.

While obtaining her law degree at American University’s Washington College of Law, Danielle was a student attorney in the school’s D.C. Law Students in Court clinical program, and served as a legal intern in the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ Legislative and Correctional Issues branch.

Ladd specializes in (both internationally and domestically) and the development, implementation, and coordination of risk management curriculums including enterprise, operational, ESG, compliance, information technology, human resources, processing, strategic, reputation, regulatory, business continuity and resiliency, vendor, and internal audit. Ladd has held risk management leadership positions as a consultant and in corporate roles for some of the world’s largest and most complex organizations.

Jennifer joined FM as Vice President, Risk Manager in June 2025. She is responsible for Risk Management and Insurance for the organization globally. Jennifer has most recently served as the global risk manager for QVC group since 2016 and has extensive experience developing and leading risk management initiatives. Prior to QVC, Jennifer was manager, international insurance for FMC Corporation; global director of risk management for Styron LLC; and manager, insurance and risk management at Arkema Inc. 

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College and a Master of Science in insurance management from Boston University.

Kary serves as a Managing Director and East Region Leader for the Aon Financial Services Group (FSG) servicing both financial and commercial institutions. In addition to managing colleagues and growth for the public company FSG teams in the East Region (NY, Boston, Philadelphia and DC), Kary advises clients on all aspects of the purchase and maintenance of Directors and Officers, Employment Practices, Fiduciary and General Partners Liability insurance as well as Special Crime and Crime/Fidelity Bond insurance. She has extensive large corporation underwriting and broking experience, including for some of the country’s largest Fortune 1000 companies across many industry groups such as retail, media, life sciences, manufacturing, technology, energy and investment advisory and insurance. Currently active experience in the IPO and SPAC/de-SPAC marketplace.

Kary has over 20 years of Commercial and Financial Institutions Management Liability underwriting and broking experience. Prior to joining Aon, Kary served as an Assistant Vice President/Underwriter and manager at ACE USA specializing in large commercial institutions and insurance companies.
Prior to ACE, Kary served as a financial institutions Senior Underwriter at AIG specializing in Investment Managers and General Partners/Venture Capital Liability. Kary also has 6 years of Medical Malpractice Liability underwriting/management experience.

Robert (Bob) Vail brings over 30 years of experience in cybersecurity, delivering innovative solutions across diverse industries including aerospace, healthcare, insurance, banking, and manufacturing. His work spans all continents and organizational levels - from interns to boardrooms - helping enterprises strengthen their security posture. As Chief Information Security Officer at Moog Inc., Bob oversees global cybersecurity strategy and ensures the protection of business operations and employee privacy worldwide.
