It will be held in Miami from June 3rd (Evening Cocktail) to June 6th 2025, at the Hotel AKA Brickell in Miami.
As in previous years, the Forum will bring together key International and Latin American industry experts who will be analyzing top claims issues and developments in Latin America & the Caribbean. Topics and case studies are carefully chosen based on current affairs and the feedback received by professionals from the (re)insurance industry.

For booking pre and post nights of the scheduled event dates, you must contact directly Ana Fontanilla: afontanilla@stayaka.com with your confirmation number of the event dates for her to check availability and extend your reservation accordingly.
Incidentals: You will be asked to present a credit card at check-in to guarantee your incidentals. The hotel will authorize a flat rate of USD$100.00 per day. If no funds are used, then the authorization will be released and credited back to your card within 5 to 7 business days post check-out.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Substitutions & Cancellations
Participants may nominate an alternative person from their organisation to attend up to seven (7) days prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge. Registration is non-refundable.
2. Changes in Program/Agenda – Cancellation/Postponement of Event;
i The organizers (Miami Professional Events LLC) reserve the right to make alterations to the Forum program, venue and timings.
ii In the unlikely event of the event being cancelled by the organizers, except in case of force majeure, a full refund will be made. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the participant.
iii In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the conference is being postponed or the dates being changed, the organizers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the participant.
iv If by re-arrangement or postponement the event can take place, the registration between the participant and the organizers shall remain in force and will be subject to the cancellation schedule in paragraph 2.
3. Speakers
Views expressed by speakers are their own. Miami Professional events LLC cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference or in any material provided to participants.
Miami Professional Events LLC may use the speaker’s name for promoting the Forum.
4. Photography & Filming
For promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer at the event. These photographs are the property of the organizers and may be used on the website, Insurance Professionals Miami blog, social media channels and other marketing materials. Participants who do not wish to be photographed should advise the organizers by email to info@miamiclaimsforum.com seven (7) days prior to the event.
5. Data Protection
By submitting registration details, participants agree to allow Miami Professional Events LLC, QLDG, Kennedys and companies associated with the conference to contact them regarding their services. Participants who do not wish to receive such communications, please email info@miamiclaimsforum.com. The contact details of registered participants will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed to all attendees for them to see who is at the conference for the purpose of networking and meetings. Participants who do not wish to be included on this list should email info@miamiclaimsforum.com
6. Insurance
It is the responsibility of the participant to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. Miami Professional Events LLC cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage.
