2025 Primary Care Conference: Empowering a Resilient Primary Care Workforce

We all know that the pressures from workforce shortages in health care have been growing for years, especially in Vermont and New Hampshire, due to factors such as more primary care providers nearing retirement, nurse shortages, and a lack of dental providers. State-wide problems such as access to housing and child care further excacerbate the pressures on recruiting a rural primary care workforce. We look forward to welcoming you to our 2025 Primary Care Conference for a day of speakers, discussions, and networking focused on solutions to these workforce issues and pathways to organizational resilience. Additionally, we're honored to recognize eight outstanding individuals and organizations with the Bi-State Awards for their significant contributions to health care in New Hampshire and Vermont, and all participants in our most recent cohort of Bi-State's Leadership Development Program. Please continue reading for more information on our sessions, speakers, and sponsors.

If your plans include staying overnight for the conference, please call the Lake Morey Resort reservations line at (800) 423-1211 to request the PCC conference block rate. Space is limited.

You can also book a hotel room online. Visit Lake Morey Resort’s website (Vermont Family Golf Resort Hotel & Conference Center | Lake Morey Resort), click on the “Book Now” button at the top right, and enter the group code: Bi-State.
