Like the retreats, workshops provide a much-needed opportunity for spiritual renewal. They enable the participants to stop, step back, get perspective, pray, and begin again. Also like the retreats, workshops include traditional practices of Catholic piety: meditation and Holy Mass each day, Benediction with the Blessed Sacrament, family prayer of the holy rosary, examination of conscience in the evening, etc.  In addition, workshops include a few practical talks that help the participants to consider how to better live out a Christian vocation to holiness and apostolate in the middle of the world.

Unlike a retreat, workshops are a weeklong event and are social rather than silent. It provides a welcome opportunity to get to know the other participants who attend. There are people with many different backgrounds who share a common desire to live their faith well, in the ordinary workaday world. Usually, workshops focus on a particular theme to help the participants integrate their Christian life with their daily occupations, by providing a deeper understanding of the faith.

The theme for the 2025 workshop is  Mariology: the study of the theology of Mary. The book for the workshop is available for purchase at Scepter Publishers by clicking this link: Purchase Book
