We're excited to announce the 2024 VTuber Winter Prom, which will be held from December 13th to the 15th of 2024.
This event will be held virtually and will be a 3 day event. After submitting your intention to participate, you will get a link to the Discord server and you will be given the VTuber Winter Prom Fan role.

Rules and Guidelines: All guests are required to read the rules prior to attending and follow Twitch, YouTube, Discord, VRChat, and HI! VTuber Expo guidelines at all times. Our rules are located below:
- No harassment, bullying, doxxing, starting drama, personal attacks, spam, or hate speech.
- Treat everyone, including management and guests with respect.
- NO NSFW. Please keep all communications SFW, no more than at least a PG-13 rating. This event will be livestreamed and recorded.
- As long as these rules are followed, you can chat in whatever language you want.
We highly encourage everyone to join in the fun and share the Winter Prom with their community by using #VWinterProm24 and #VTuberProm!
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to raise it up to the founder or the management. Failure to follow the rules will disqualify you from future events hosted by HI! VTuber Expo.
