Gary Gray is the CEO and founder of the Gray Institute, the world’s foremost authority on Applied Functional Science®. Dr. Shelden Martin is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeon and Founder/Director of the OrthoArizona Sports Medicine Conference. He is a national expert, teacher, and designer of total shoulder and reverse shoulder replacement surgery technique and technology, and a leader in the use of patient specific technology and robotic surgery. Dr. Martin is also the Head Team Physician for the Arizona Cardinals Arizona Rattlers and Hamilton High School, along with team physician for the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Dr. Julia Lee is a board-certified, fellowship-trained elbow and shoulder specialist in Fresno, California. Dr. Lee specializes in the latest techniques and procedures in elbow and shoulder treatment, including shoulder arthroscopy, shoulder and elbow joint replacement, elbow and shoulder fracture repair, and rotator cuff repair.

Dr. Bill Paterson is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in treatment of common to complex shoulder disorders. Dr. Paterson earned his medical degree from the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his residency at the world-renowned Campbell Clinic at the University of Tennessee, followed by an additional year of fellowship training in disorders of the shoulder under two of the world’s leading experts at Baylor College of Medicine.

Dr. Evan Lederman is a double-board certified Sports Medicine Surgeon with extensive training in surgery of the shoulder. He also serves as the Head Team Physician for the 2021 Western Conference Champion Phoenix Suns, and the chief of sports medicine and as associate clinical professor for University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix Orthopedic Residency Program.

Paul McGannon founded Sports Rehab in 1978 when he saw a need to bring Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine together in a rehab setting for all people whether they were professional or student athletes or weekend warriors. He has been the Athletic Trainer for the Kansas City Kings ‘76 and the Kansas City Royals 1980-86. He received his Bachelor of Science at Rockhurst University in 1976 and his Masters of Science in Athletic Training at the University of Central Missouri in 1980. Currently, Paul is the Head Athletic Trainer for Rockhurst High School.

Dr. Benjamin MacQueen is a Fellowship Trained, Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with a Subspecialty in Sports Medicine. He specializes in Arthroscopic Surgery for Sports Injuries including Knee Ligament Reconstruction and Cartilage Restoration Procedures, Shoulder Stabilization procedures, and Rotator Cuff Repair Surgery. He is currently the team physician for Casteel High School and sits on the Dignity Health Quality Control Committee for Mercy Gilbert and Chandler Regional Medical Centers.

Dr. Steven Porter is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, specializing in sports medicine and arthroscopy. He has particular expertise in arthroscopic reconstruction of the shoulder and knee. Dr. Porter has had the opportunity to consult for several professional organizations including The Colorado Rockies, Chicago Cubs, Phoenix Coyotes, and World Wrestling Entertainment. He is currently the team Physician for Central Arizona College, Chandler-Gilbert Community College and several local high school teams. Dr. Porter is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America, the Arizona Orthopaedic Society and Arizona Medical Association.

Dr. Shanyn Lancaster is board-certified in family medicine and sports medicine, Shanyn Lancaster, MD provides comprehensive care to all ages. Her experience includes work as the first female Head Team physician in the Pac-12 while serving as the Chief of Sports Medicine at Arizona State University and is a past-president of the Arizona Academy of Family Physicians. She was also the Assistant Director of Marquette University Medical Clinic and has taken care of high school to professional and Olympic athletes. She has been fortunate to collaborate with USA Swimming/Olympic Training Center, PGA Championships, and the Detroit Tigers baseball organization. Dr. Lancaster has been privileged to be a sideline physician for Ironman World Championships, NCAA Men’s Final Four, NCAA football national championship game and multiple bowl games, NCAA Triathlon National Championship race as well as the NCAA Women’s College World Series.

Geoff Omiatek is the Director of Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine at Orthopedic ONE, the largest physician-owned orthopedic practice in Ohio. Geoff holds more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry, both as a clinician and an executive leader. He has also earned several certifications, including a Board Certification in Sports Clinical Specialist and an Athletic Training certification.
