Guidelines and Policies for Vendors

DETAILS

• Market hours are Friday, November 29 from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

• Vendors are welcome to begin setup any time after 8:30 a.m. but must be unloaded no later than 10:45 a.m.

• Parking lot and additional volunteers will be available for unloading from 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

• Inside and pavilian vendors will be asked to move their vehicles to the vendor parking area in the front road-side lawn to allow for customer parking in our lot – Gator transportation can be provided upon request. The Gator will have additional limited cargo space for a “final load” from your vehicle.

• Upon arrival, please check in with our event coordinator and you will be given a map to your booth location. Booth locations are at the discretion of Hardware Hills.

• Inside table spaces are limited to 8 vendors. Outdoor pavilion space is limited to 8 vendors. All other outdoor space is unlimited. See pricing on the registration form.

• Outdoor and pavilion vendors are required to provide all necessary tents/tables/chairs of their own. Indoor spaces include tables/chairs for vendors.

• Registration is open until Monday, November 25th.

REQUIREMENTS

• To avoid duplicate vendors, we are activating an approval to register requirement for this event.  We will approval vendors who are not a duplicate of a same vendor business.  Please note, vendors selling food cannot compete with our food truck:  Slice Versa PIzza.

• In addition to the booth fee, all participants are asked to provide two small “raffle basket” donations. These baskets will be raffled off for charity. The total value of this items should be at least $10. Donations will be accepted in advance (preferred) but can be given on the day of the event.

• Vendors are responsible for loading and unloading of all materials and equipment. We will have limited volunteers available to assist you.

• Vendors are asked to post event fliers and reference the event on any social media platforms used.
