Aloha KY Family!
Please join us for our Third annual KY Cookout on Saturday, April 29th 2023! This event will take place outside at the Greenfield Terrace Park in Greenville, North Carolina. Check in will be begin at 11:45a.m. and the Cookout will take place from 12:00p.m. to 4:00p.m.
This event is meant to celebrate our beloved chapter and fraternity, a fraternity reunion if you will, and be a time full of memories, laughter, and Frank foolery if you dare! In attendance you will enjoy a catered meal from GK Cafe & Catering, music from Elder Hewett, and outdoor activities planned by the Chapter. We will learn our national stroll, introduce the current members of our chapter, and take many pictures!
There will be a service oppurtunity earlier in the day, our Spring Decoration Celebration, from 9:00a.m.-11:00a.m. with our local Boy Scout Troops in the same location. If you are interested in attending please use the contact information below to let me (our VPS) know!
You will have the option to purchase a KY shirt as a part of our final fundraiser and have it shipped right to you following the cookout. Please keep in mind that if we do not meet our expected quota of fundraising 50 shirts than everyone will be reimbursed and no shirts will be made -- so buy shirts and send to all APO Brothers you know!
Our ultimate goal is to have a great time and that is only possible if YOU attend! This is an event you do not want to miss because while we physically be in Greenville, mentally we will be in Hawaii! (It's Hawaiian themed)
If you would like to bring a plus one we ask that they are an adult (18+ years old) and they "register" by making a KY Chapter Donation of at least $5.00. Please register at your earliest convinience as registration will close Friday, April 28th 2023 at 11:45p.m.
We will be collecting all monies through our Cashapp: $KYAPO. Please choose the option of paying with a check and Cashapp your payment upon registration. We will have record of all monies submitted upon check in the day of the event. If you do not have Cashapp please reach out to Iyaira Williams via williamsiy20@students.ecu.edu with the Subject "APO KY Cookout 2023 Payment" to discuss other methods. Thank you!
