The JCB CE Product Team will be offering their next product training session on May 17-18.
· This session will be a hybrid of the 101 and 201 sessions appropriate for both new and experienced salespersons.
· The training session will be a full 2 days. Attendees are encouraged to stay the entirety of the session.
Please note, due to safety reasons, only 30-people are allowed for this session. Exceptions will not be allowed.
· No more than 3 salespersons from one dealership in each session to allow all dealerships an equal opportunity to attend a session.
· All sessions will be held at JCB North America in Savannah, GA. Please note all training activities will be held outside and will primarily require standing when not operating equipment.
· A block of hotel rooms will be held by JCB for training session attendees, but each attendee must contact the hotel to confirm their reservation; hotel costs will be the responsibility of the dealership. Hotel details will be communicated closer to the training dates.
CURRICULUM
· Training will be held from 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM on day 1 of the sessions and 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM on day 2. Please make sure to not book a flight out before 7:00 PM on the last day of training.
· In-Person Training sessions will cover:
o Best practices for demos, machine operation, hands-on time, competitive sell against, and handling objections.
o The Product Team will be sending out a survey to gather a list of commonly heard objections so they can address them during training. Make sure you participate in that survey so we can address your specific concerns.
