Please ensure that the following information is given to ALL attendees!
All attendees should show up promptly when they are scheduled and only when they are scheduled.
Please do not enter the classroom until directed to. Only unload your weapons in a designated area not at vehicles.
THERE WILL BE NO AMMUNITION ALLOWED IN THE INSPECTION AREAS. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS REQUEST WILL RESULT IN DISMISSAL FROM THE INSPECTION!
There will be a designated armed Officer in the area in case of a problem.
All weapons carried on duty will need to be inspected. This includes secondaries and backups.
SHOW UP WITH CLEANED WEAPONS ONLY!!! IF A WEAPON IS FOUND TO NOT BE CLEANED THE OFFICER WILL BE DISMISSED AND REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE!!! THERE WILL NOT BE TIME TO CLEAN YOUR WEAPONS ON SITE.
Once the weapons are inspected and serviced, Attendees will promptly leave the inspection area so as not to cause a "Backup" in the process.
If a situation arises in which an Officer cannot make their scheduled time due to work or emergency, accommodations can be made by calling Erik Auchincloss.
Please follow all rules and directions promptly.
This is a change from the past. However, due to recent reviews of the conduct of the inspections and resulting critical incidents these changes will be implemented. NO EXCEPTIONS. This will provide a safe and productive work environment for all involved.
