Do you have what it takes to represent the state of Illinois on the football field? If so, come tryout for our national allstar team that will compete in two national tournaments. We are looking for the best at every position.
Those that are selected will have the option to compete in 1 or 2 national tournaments. All tryout fees will be applied to registration cost if selected as an Allstar by the coaches at each level.
Who: All participants that fall in the age range of 7-14 as of July 31, 2021 for UYFL Tournament and July 1st, 2021 for D1 All-American Tournament. Players may turn be older after cutoff date. We will currently be evaluating all positions for offense, defense and special teams.
When: Tryouts will take place outdoors on a turf field.
Expectation: Once selected, practice will start November 8th, from 6pm-8pm. All players are required to be fully padded at all practices for light contact. All selected players will be notified no later than November 1st. Practices will then be 3 hours every Sunday in the month of November, with an additional weekday practice. Players will be evaluated based on various skill levels at the position, coachability, effort, attention to detail, desire, football IQ, and hustle.
