2021 CE Product Training

The JCB CE Product Team will be offering the following training during 2021. 

• Prior 101 and 201 sessions will be combined to form a hybrid training to accommodate new and experienced salespersons in the same events.
• Training sessions will be a full 2 days each.  Attendees are encouraged to stay the entirety of the session.

·         There will be 2 sessions offered in 2021

• Session #1: August 30 & 31 - OR - Session #2: September 1 & 2
• We are increasing the maximum number of attendees to 30 per session.  Please note, the 30-person max is a firm maximum.  Exceptions will not be allowed due to safety.
• No more than 3 salespersons from one dealership in each session to allow all dealerships an equal opportunity to attend a session.
• • All sessions will be held at JCB North America in Savannah, GA
  • A block of hotel rooms will be held by JCB for training session attendees, but each attendee must contact the hotel to confirm their reservation; hotel costs will be the responsibility of the dealership.  Hotel details will be communicated closer to the training dates.
  • Note: all training activity will be held outside and will primarily require standing when not operating equipment.

   

  Curriculum

  • Training will be held from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM both days of the sessions.  Please make sure to not book a flight out before 7:00 PM on the last day of training.
  • The Product Team will be hosting virtual walk arounds in preparation for the training events.  Be on the lookout on JCB Connect for dates and times to join the virtual sessions.
  • In-Person Training sessions will cover:
  • Best practices for demos, machine operation / hands on time, competitive sell against and handling objections. 
  • The Product Team will be sending out a survey to gather a list of commonly heard objections so they can address them during training.  Make sure you participate in that survey so we can address your specific concerns.
