SUPERSHAFTY is going to be hosting the 3rd Annual Fall Crawl.

We will be crawling at the Adventure Sports Center International (ASCI)
This is a Man Made Whitewater facility (NO Flooding) in McHenry Maryland (Deep Creek Lake)
The Main portion of this event will be based on Sorrca rules.

Class 1, Class 2, Class 3 and Kids Class, and U4 Style Rock Race

New this year, we will have some addional NON Scale Classes Based on WRCCA Rules, Pro Class, Sportsman Class, and Mini Class.

AND the potential for a Rock Bouncing Event.

Official Event hotel - Lodge at WISP. - Rooms will be blocked again. DISCOUNT CODE - "Group Booking ID 5255"

There is also TONS of rental properties around the lake, which this is off-season, so Group together and rent a whole house for cheap.
There are also other Budget friendly Hotels close by, Starting at $65/Night

There are LOTS of accessible areas for those with limited mobility to watch.
Kids are welcome. There will be 2 kids courses during the event each day for Kids 12 and under. For those that are more skilled, they are encouraged to compete in the normal classes too.
We had to get an insurance policy in order to use the event site. Which states that Alcohol is not permitted.
Ez-Ups are allowed. There are no benches, tables or chairs around the comp area. Please bring your own.
Because of wind, Ez-ups MUST be completely taken down at night. Anything left standing at dark will be confiscated by ASCI event staff.
Standard restrooms are on site.
Coolers will be permitted. But NO Glass.

2020 There WILL be a Food Truck present. - WOOHOO!!!

MAJOR CHANGE: We don't have enough time to pack this event into a Saturday and Sunday, and leave time for people to safely travel home afterwards, we are moving to a 3 day format for 2020.

• 3:00pm to 6:30pm - Open Registration and Tech in for all Classes.

FRIDAY:

• 7:00am to 9:00am - Open Registration and Tech
• 9:30am to 10:00am - Drivers meeting
• 10:00am to 10:15am - Judges Meeting
• 10:30am to 3:00pm - WRCCA Mini and Sportsman Courses open.
• 10:30am to 4:00pm - C3 Courses Open.
• 10:30am to 5:00pm - C2 Courses Open.
• 3:00pm to 5:00pm - WRCCA Mini and Sportsman Shootouts

SATURDAY:

• 7:00am to 8:30am - Open Registration and Tech
• 8:45am to 9:00am - Drivers meeting
• 9:00am to 9:15am - Judges meeting
• 9:30am to 2:00pm - C1 Courses Open.
• 9:30am to 3:00pm - C2 Courses Open.
• 9:30am to 1:30pm - WRCCA Pro Courses open.
• 1:30pm to 3:30pm - WRCCA Pro Shootouts
• 3:45pm Until finished - U4 Race course OPEN. Racers leave the start in 1 minute intervals. (Shorter course for 2020, less running) U4 is open to all classes of trucks.

SUNDAY:

• 8:30am to 8:45am - U4 Racing Top 5 head to head Race
• 9:00am to 12:00pm- Top 5 Shootouts for ALL SORRCA classes back to back to back.
• 12:00pm-1:30pm - Awards and door prizes for all participants.
• 2:00pm - Travel Home safely.
• 3:00pm - ASCI Turns the pumps on, stay and watch the powerful flow of 960,000 gallons per minute!!!
