2020 GAR Purchase & Sale Agreement: A Detailed Discussion - This course will guide agents through the 2020 GAR Purchase and Sale Agreement including those exhibits agents use on a regular basis. This course will take agents through the new GAR contract and exhibits paragraph by paragraph, providing instruction on how to fill out all sections and exhibits of the contract and explaining and discussing each provision provided within the document. Agents will learn exactly what the contract covers and how buyers and sellers are affected by its language, as well as important special stipulations to be added to the contract in various scenarios and which exhibits to attach and why.
