SuperShafty.com is going to be hosting Fall Crawl 2019.

We will be crawling again at the Adventure Sports Center International (ASCI)
This is a Man Made Whitewater facility (NO Flooding) in McHenry Maryland (Deep Creek Lake)
This event will be based on Sorrca rules.
Will have C1, C2 and C3 events running.
C1 and C3 are scheduled for Saturday Oct 20th.
And C2 will be Sunday Oct 21st.
With awards directly following completion of C2.
Event Hotel is ON SITE Starting at $129/Night for a Queen Suite - LODGE @ WISP - Use code 4797 to get the rooms blocked off for this event.
There are other Budget friendly Hotels close by, Starting at $65/Night
There is also TONS of rental properties around the lake, which this is off-season, so Group together and rent a whole house for cheap.
There are Grandstands and LOTS of accessible areas for those with limited mobility to watch.
Kids are welcome. There will be at least 1 course or event during each day for Kids 9 and under. Those 10+ are encouraged to compete in the normal classes.
We had to get an insurance policy in order to use the event site. Which states that Alcohol is not permitted.
Ez-Ups are allowed. There are no benches, tables or chairs around the comp area. Please bring your own.
Because of last year, Ez-ups MUST be completely taken down at night. Anything left standing at dark will be confiscated by ASCI event staff.
Standard restrooms are on site.
Coolers will be permitted. But NO Glass.
We are working with the events director this year, to get them to have food sales on location for us (Hamburgers/Hotdogs/Chili) that kinda stuff. But haven't finalized anything for that yet. Will let you know as we get closer.

9:45am to 10:00am - Drivers meeting for C1 and C3
10:00am to 10:15am - Judges Meeting
10:15am to 3:00pm - Tech open for C2
10:30am to 3:30pm - Courses open for C1, C3, and Young Guns.
3:30pm to 5:00pm - Ultra4 Track Open
5:00pm to 5:45pm - Shootout for C1
6:00pm to 6:45pm - Shootout for C3
Sunday
7:00am to 8:30am - Open Registration and Tech in for C2
8:45am to 9:00am - Drivers meeting for C2
9:00am to 9:15am - Judges meeting
9:30am to 2:30pm - Courses open for C2, and Young Guns
3:00pm to 3:45pm - Shootout for C2
4:00pm to 5:00pm - Awards and door prizes for all participants C1, C2, C3, U4 Race and Young Guns.
