The ACU course is required for all Colorado Real Estate Agents and will satisfy 4 annual CE credits.  It deals with the more recent laws and rules specific to the state and the federal government. This includes learning about common omissions by brokers, how deeds work in Colorado, approved forms for contracts, recent non-compliance issues for agents, and reforms in the financial sector.  

Cancellation policy

No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel 1 business day before the day of the class.  The State regulations require a minimum number of instructional minutes to receive CE credit.  Therefore, anyone arriving 10 minutes after the start of the class but will not be eligible to receive CE credit.  The student may be allowed to attend the course, if space permits, but no CE credit will be provided.  If a course is full, participants may be put on a waitlist.  If a registered student does not arrive on time, their space will be given up to the participant(s) on the waitlist.
