2017 Community Mental Health Summit - VA Northern Indiana Health Care System

On behalf of VA Northern Indiana Health Care System and our community partners, we would like to invite you to participate in our 2017 Mental Health Summit.  The annual summit provides opportunities for the VA to link and network with community based agencies/providers, family members and consumers of mental health care, with the shared goal of improving local service delivery and community collaboration.

This year the summit platform is "Integrating Care within Our Community," with a focus on Suicide Prevention.  Presentations will be provided by special guest speakers and we will be answering the important questions related to Suicide Prevention initiatives in our community and Veterans Health Administration (VHA):

• What are we doing?
• Who is doing what?
  
• Where are we going?
  

The summit will be held on Wednesday, August 23rd from 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM at the Mirro Center for Research and Innovation in Fort Wayne, Indiana. 

We are excited for this upcoming summit and hope you can join us for this special event!
