Needed to greet children and distribute candies during the party. The costumes will be supplied by the party as will make-up and any other supplies. These characters work during the complete party and must be available from 11:00AM to 6:00PM.

Assist Santa in meeting the children at the Santa stage and in distributing the Santa gift to those who choose not to visit Santa personally. All Santa’s elves will work for the complete party and will be provided with the elf costume for the day of the party. New elf volunteers will be teamed up with experienced elves to ensure that the process runs smoothly. Help out with line-ups and getting children on and off inflatables. There will be a supervisor at each inflatable from the supplying company. We have two shifts for this activity. SHIFT 1 = 10:30AM to 2:30PM. The region’s largest annual corporate Christmas Party has brought joy and excitement to generations of families. Since the beginning, the party has always been about bringing together colleagues and loved ones to share the holiday spirit. None of it would be possible without our tireless and amazing volunteers!

Many opportunities exist for employees, retirees, and family members to assist with the party. This year we will be requiring 2 shifts of volunteers in the following roles: Toyland Distribution Helpers, Clowns and Dressed Characters, Santa’s Elves, Food & Drink Distributors and Inflatable Activity Attendants.

As a token of our appreciation, each volunteer will receive special party apparel which will serve to identify those working at the party. This item will be yours to keep.

This year we will be holding a volunteer orientation night during the week before the party. Volunteer clothing, Santa hats etc. will be issued at the orientation meeting for all volunteers. For those unable to attend, items will be available at the Greeters Room prior to your shift.
