This event is sponsored by the CSA Managers for the jurisdictions of Arlington County, City of Alexandria, City of Manassas, Fairfax-Falls Church, Loudoun County, and Prince William County, as well as NOVACO, the northern region's coalition of private provider association.
Exhibitor registration is OPEN to providers that currently have contracts with City of Alexandria, Arlington County, City of Manassas, Fairfax-Falls Church, Loudoun County, Manssas Park and Prince William County.
Registration includes: One six-foot table per provider, training sessions for two providers representatives, refreshments and lunch.
Exhibitor Set Up Time: Sunday, 3/12 from 7 to 9 PM and Monday 3/13 from 7 to 8 AM. GMU will NOT supply carts to transport display supplies, please remember to bring your own carts.
IMPORTANT: If a provider choose to have a give away, the provider agress to be responsible for seeing that the "winner" of the give away receives the gift.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Directions to George Mason University can be found at www.gmu.edu. Click on "about mason", then "coming to campus", then "drive to campus".
Materials may be unloaded in the parking circle at the end of Johnson Center. Bring materials into the Johnson Center AFTER your car has been parked. On the day of the conference, parking will be available near the Johnson Center.
For GPS directions use the following address at 10400 York River Rd, Fairfax, VA 22030 (Shenandoah Parking Deck). For free parking on the day of the event, use decks 2 -5. Parking in all other lots or decks and parking the night before the event will require a payment upon exit.
Where do I ship displays?
If you are shipping displays, make arrangements with your hotel. George Mason University does NOT accept shipped items and will NOT store displays.
What hotels can I make reservations?
There are a few hotels close to the event site.
- Hampton Inn, 10860 Fairfax Boulevard, Fairfax, VA 22030. Rooms are available at $109 plus taxes. Reservations must be made by March 5th for discounted rate. Please call 703.385.2600 reservations. This hotel is located 1.5 miles from GMU.
- Marriott Fairfax at Fair Oaks, 11787 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, Fairfax, VA 22033. Rooms are available at $169 plus taxes. Reservations must be made by Feb. 19th for discounted rate. Please call 703.352.2525 for reservations. This hotel is about five miles from GMU.
- Comfort Inn, 11180 Main Street, Fairfax, VA 22030. Rooms are availabe at $95 plus taxes. Reservations must be made by Feb 26th for discounted rate. Please call 703.591.5900 reservations.
