Overview

All Sir Knights are welcome and encouraged to attend. Attendance is expected of Grand Officers and the three principal officers of each Constituent Commandery.

REGISTRATION DUE DATE: Before Midnight on June 6, 2026

Schedule

• 7:30 – 8:45 AM: Registration (required check-in)
• 9:00 AM: Divine Service
• 9:30 AM: Grand Conclave Convenes
• 12:00 PM: Recess
• 12:30 PM: Grand Banquet and Program
• 3:00 PM: Photos
• 4:00 PM: Installation of Grand Officers

Morning refreshments available from 7:45 – 8:45 AM

Registration

• Wisconsin Sir Knights: $15 (before June 6) / $25 (after June 6 or walk-in)
• Out-of-State Sir Knights and Guests: No fee 
• Deadline: June 6, 2026

All attendees must check in between 7:30 AM and 8:45 AM and present a current dues card.

Meal Reservations (Required)

• Cost: $30
• Deadline: June 6, 2026
• No tickets available at the door

Entrée options:

• Grilled Chicken Margherita
• 6 oz Tenderloin
• Herb Crsted Haddock

Dress Code

• Grand Officers: Full Templar Uniform (with sword)
• Sir Knights: Uniform (no sword) or black suit
• Guests: Business attire
• Ladies: Business casual (daytime), semi-formal or formal (banquet)

Participation Requirements

All attendees must:

• Check in at registration desk before 8:45 AM
• Pick up materials and meal tickets
• Present dues card

Proxy Assignments:
If a Dais Officer cannot attend, a properly completed proxy form must be submitted at registration.

Credentials:
Verified at registration. Issues must be resolved prior to admission.

Trip to the National Railroad Museum following Divine Service
