Join us for a Mom Walk in Moon Park in collaboration with @thepghmomma, followed by a Storytime with local author Nikki Kurt!
WALK EVENT DETAILS:
We will park and meet at the Clearview Pavilion inside Moon park at 10am. Once everyone has arrived and checked-in, we will head out for a walk through the park (different path than last time at Moon Park) walking 1-1.5 miles and back to the Pavilion.
A snack for the littles will be provided by Darianne @thepghmomma, a wondeful mama in our mom walk community! Be sure to follow her on IG as she shares rec and tips, local pittsburgh gems, and inspiration to slow down and find joy in the everyday adventures with your little one. ✨
Stick around after the walk for a special storytime and songs with local mom Nikki Kurt and her husband Terry. Nikki authored the book "Nikki Kurt Lives in a Yurt". There will be an opportunity to purchase your own copy of the book and have it signed by the author at the end of our event.
Any mamas who want to take the kiddos to the playground after are more than welcome to. I know that's where we'll end up!
PARKING:
Free parking is available within Moon Park. We recommend driving through the park to the lots beside the Clearview Pavilion for easiest access to the meeting point.
WHAT TO BRING:
Bring your kiddos, strollers, water and sunscreen, and get ready to grow your village, meeting other local mamas and their families.
REGISTRATION:
Our walks are always free for everyone. However, we ask that you register for this event to confirm your attendance and allow event organizers to notify you of any changes. Please register only for yourself (do not include your children in the number of attendees, unless specified for specific events).
Walks, events, and our community are open to all moms: moms-to-be, bonus moms, newborn moms, toddler moms, big kid moms, and more. Everyone is always welcome!
