This 90 minute course meets the requirements to obtain your Tennessee Concealed Carry Handgun Permit from the Tennessee ?Department of Safety & Homeland Security.

This course is open only to Tennessee Citizens and Permanent Residents.

Upon completion of this course, you will be given a certificate to take to the DMV to apply for your permit.

There is no shooting requirement for this permit, but you must pass a 25 question written exam.

Topics include:

Safe handgun handling, selecting a handgun, and ammunition.

Fundamentals of shooting including Sight Alignment, Sight Picture, Trigger Control, Breath Control, and Hold Control

Tennessee Self Defense Law, Use of Deadly Force, and what to expect.
