We will meet at Huber Park for a walk and park play at 10:30AM. Dr.Ceciley Maxa will be joining us. She will be reading the book: Sammy the Centipede Goes to The Chiropractor. Dr. Ceciley Maxa will offer one scan that measures your heart rate and checks your stress levels, energy levels, and whether your nervous system is stuck in fight or flight. Coffee and snacks available for everyone. ☕️
We will meet under the pavilion towards the left of the park. We will give everyone approximately 10-15 minutes to arrive before we begin. Shortly after, we will begin our walk around Huber Park. We will end our walk off at the park! 🛝
