• Welcome and good luck! Kickoff with senior leadership: Pat, Gary or Ric

• Developing a strong foundation: Business Planning/Goal Setting

• Consumer Information Statement: Outlining and explaining the various agency relationships

• Scheduling and showing homes: The process will be reviewed plus you will learn the pre-qualification process with a HomeBridge Mortgage Representative, Guest speaker

• Contract of Sale: review of the sales contract and writing up an offer. (Zip Forms will be introduced to show how to retrieve the various forms required)

• Attorney Review: Outline of the process and discussion of title work

• Role play: Putting an offer together with a buyer and then presenting it to a seller

• Database I: Introduction to Database for Sphere, Clients and Prospects using Excel spreadsheet

• Introduction of Sharper Agent (Client Relationship Manager)

• Intro to C-Suite: The Christie’s International digital marketing platform

• Intro to Xpress Docs the marketing site for design of brochures, flyers, postcards, etc.
