• The Current/Competitive Market Analysis(CMA): Review of how to do the research and then putting a CMA together. How to present the CMA to the prospect

• Guest Speaker: Experienced agent visit and outline of how they develop and conduct business. Open Q & A to follow

• Obtaining Listing Appointments: Business development, preparation and research. Where will you find opportunities to obtain listings? How will you seek out and discover opportunities to list homes?
