Description:  The Recruitment Team has expanded and evolved in order to keep up with the goals of the HR Department and organization as a whole.  To maintain consistency with our recruitments, and to help support managers in being more hands-on and confident during the process, we invite you to come learn more about our team, updates to our processes and practices, and determine how we can further support you and your department. 

Learning Objectives:

  • Discuss our current recruitment process and practices
  • Evaluate and determine your duties as a manager in these processes 
  • Introduce new tools that will aid in the on-boarding process

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is required. Please let us know if you aren’t able to attend. Help us plan ahead by cancelling as soon as you know you cannot attend. For classes with waitlists, cancelling opens the seat for someone else. Cancel by emailing TaOD@homeforward.org.
