150th Annual Communication of the Grand Lodge A.F. & A.M. of South Dakota will be a Historic Event held in the historic location of the capital of the original Dakota Territory! The Annual Communication is open to all Master Masons in Good Standing and are encouraged to attend. Yankton is a destination for the entire Masonic Family in which spouses and children can enjoy activities throughout the day and evening all around the area. Consider it an Annual Communication Family Vacation!

The events will take place at the Riverfront Events Center downtown Yankton.

Lodging will be at seperate locations as advertised

This year's Annual Communication highlights focus on certified CPR training sessions, local Bloodmobile to give back to the community, Grand View training, Technology Advice from Brothers eager to help, BeaFreemason.org campaign program updates and prospect program everyone can help with, Masonic Jeopardy, and America's Story with Jeff Gould

Not one, but two programs for Mason's ladies and family to enjoy!

Most importantly plenty of time for Brotherhood and Fellowship!

What are the Fees for?

The Fees are processing fees associated with the platform and payment system. Using this system greatly helps with organizing this event and allows multiple admins to access the same registration information across the entire team allowing everyone to enjoy the event.

What can I do to help at the 150th Annual Communication?!

Thank You for asking! We will have plenty to help with including setting up and tearing down. Also once the details are published and you become familiar with the map of the building we will need help with people traffic directing. We will also need tech help if you are able. More asks for help with come. If you are able please reach out to aaron.zahn@sdgrandlodge.org to join the team!

When will the details be announced for each event?

Full details will be published in the May Masonic Messenger as in typical years including maps, locations, directions, etc

Location of the Events

The location of the various events will be very well spelled out with detailed maps well before the event

Why are checks not accepted

Unfortunately, we have exhausted some time and expense in the office tracking down registrations that have come in without payments. The payments have also not matched the costs of the events, and it takes the office time to track down these payments. We've also had those who say they will pay at the door and either forget or just don't pay and we reconcile that long after the bills are due.
