This 3-hour course is taught by an experienced inspector and designed to educate real estate agents on what a home inspection is and what it is not and how to properly guide clients through this important step in the real estate transaction.  There are many misconceptions regarding the home inspection that will be addressed and explained during this course which will give real estate agents the ability to better serve their clients.  This course will thoroughly discuss the many home inspection topics and scenarios that arise for real estate agents daily, such as, items missed on a home inspection, common home inspection findings and what to do about them, setting client expectations for the home inspection, managing liability, protecting clients after the inspection, and preparing a home for inspection.  Once the course is completed, real estate agents will be better equipped to handle the home inspection portion of the real estate transaction.
