Big Mama’s House of Sweets will be the Chef for the pairing, Shannon Atkins is a Johnson and Wales College of Culinary Arts alum and a two-time winner of the Flavors of Wellington. Atkins is currently the Assistant General Manager at the Village Gourmet Cheese Shoppe in downtown West Palm Beach, FL. His delectable desserts as well as his mouthwatering food creations can be found there daily, along with their catering services.
The Hibiscus House is two historic houses that were built in 1917 and 1918 and moved to their current location in 1996. The Main House, where breakfast is served, offers your choice of four beautifully appointed rooms with new private baths including one ADA accessible room. The Courtyard House is home to our four lovely suites, which include our pet friendly rooms and our luxurious Hibiscus Suite. Nestled between the two houses are our lush tropical courtyard and our tiki bar, which is the perfect place to host corporate gatherings, weddings, birthdays, or holiday parties. Relax, unwind and have fun at the Backyard Bar. Both houses are registered in the National Register of Historic Places.
