Session Four: Creating Initial Opportunity

 

As rookie agents there’s a lot to learn and do – but it’s critical that you get into productive action early! We’ll discuss the difference between sales and customer service and discover what you can begin to do NOW in order to capture your first buyer or seller. In this session you’ll discover how to "Rock That Open House", bring value and results to FSBOs and Expireds, and why farming is worth your time and effort – when you do it right and with consistency. You’ll also learn why establishing your online presence is so important, and where you should devote your time and energy.
