Session Four: Mortgage, Title, and Insurance

Michael Beagan from our in house company, Homebridge Mortgage will be our guest speaker. Agents will leave this session with a clear understanding of the mortgage process and financing options available to today’s buyers.  We will also cover the why, what, and how of the title and closing process, and what’s required to insure the purchased property.
