Fair housing law are always changing and new cases related to discrimination reach legislative awareness. Real Estate Agents must stay informed to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local fair housing laws including the confusing issue of service & emotional support animals. There is no room for discrimination of any sort in the business of housing.
2018 marked the 50-year anniversary of the Fair Housing Act, and these laws are still as important & relevant today as they were then!
