I agree that, ArtFusion Event, its Owners and Managers are not responsible for my use of materials, tools, instruments, product, documents or comments offered or provided by ArtFusion Event at this Event or Class(s) for any particular project or application. All such information is to be considered general and not as specific advice. I further acknowledge that ArtFusion Event is not liable or responsible for the acts or omissions of the owner, operator, employees, agents or contractors of the facilities where the classes or event is held. ArtFusion is not responsible for any personal or property damage or injury incurred by me, except and unless, such damage or injury is caused solely by ArtFusion Event. I acknowledge that any social offering, activity or entertainment is voluntary and not an activity for which ArtFusion Event will be legally liable or responsible. I hereby agree to the foregoing, accepts all risks resulting and release, acquit and waive any and all claims, action, or expenses of any nature whatsoever that are contrary hereto or inconsistent herewith. CANCELATION POLICY All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing by May 1, 2017. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after we have received your cancellation email to joinus@artfusionevent.com and a $45 processing fee will be deducted. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this date for any reason. Class substitutions may be accepted in writing before June 1, 2017 and a $25 charge will apply plus any processing fees. By submitting your Registration, you are confirming you have read and agree to Event and Class Policies regarding this registration, refunds and cancellations, and your attendance at the Event.
