Event details

The Sikh International Film Festival Toronto (SIFFT) will present a special red-carpet screening of the eagerly anticipated feature film Nanak Shah Fakir as part of its two-day celebration of Sikh stories and storytellers.

The film, a vivid retelling of the story of Guru Nanak, the 16th-century founder of the Sikh faith, screens on the festival’s opening night, Saturday October 25, at the Jackman Hall theatre, Art Gallery of Ontario, starting at 6:30 pm.

An encore screening of Nanak Shah Fakir is scheduled for Sunday October 26 at 5:15 pm. Seating for both screenings is limited.
