Tina Morton, a licensed clinical social worker, will visit the Stillwater Public Library to help explain what advance directives are, what they include and why you may need one.
Morton has been on the staff of Carter Healthcare for the last 19 years. She has been a part of both home health and hospice programs, yet considers hospice her calling. She graduated with a Masters in Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, after having completed undergraduate work and Oklahoma State University.
The health classes are free and open to the public and will take place at 10 a.m. in Room 119 of the library.
