Event Description

Join us for the 20th annual Diversity Conference! This year's conference is dedicated towards bringing the invisibility of Privilege to light. Privilege will be examined in its many forms, such as in the context of race, socioeconomic status, ability, and other aspects of diversity.

Both research and practice will be highlighted to provide a balance between understanding and examining personal privilege and applying privilege as a tool and resource for the well-being of others.

Prominent researchers and practitioners in counseling psychology, social work, and other human services will join us nation-wide, including our keynote, Roger Worthington, Ph.D., from the University of Missouri. Other speakers include Laura Smith, Ph.D., John Christopher, Ph.D., Mareike Muszynski, M.SW., and more.

* Breakfast and Lunch will be included for both days with registration.
