Light dinner is served at 6:00 p.m.

Presentation is from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

 

CERTIFICATES

Certificates are provided to those who complete an evaluation form after the presentation.

This Group Learning program has been certified by the College of Family

Physicians of Canada and the Ontario Chapter for up to 2 Mainpro+ credits
Please note that Mainpro+ Credits can ONLY be given to those who attend IN-PERSON or via OTN. Mainpro certification cannot be provided to those who attend via weblink.
