Many dental professionals exert their bodies in ways that are non-ergonomic or detrimental to their musculoskeletal health. In this research based active learning course, learn practical and enjoyable strategies to prevent and manage occupational discomfort utilizing yoga poses and stretches, dental technology and equipment and proper operator positioning. The course will end with a 45-minute yoga session* appropriate for all fitness levels.
*Please wear/bring comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or beach towel.
