Revelation is a strange and often confusing text. Christians have struggled for two thousand years to understand it. Today, it is often used to support detailed scenarios of what will happen in the “end times.” But Revelation is, at its heart, a pastoral letter, written to encourage followers of Jesus.
The title of the book is "The Apocalypse of Jesus Christ." Keep this clearly before us and we will read the rest of the book correctly. Contrary to what the media tell us, “apocalypse” is not about economic disaster and impending doom. The word means something else; something wonderfully life-giving. In this seminar we will learn to read the book the way it was intended to be read and find ourselves all the more eager to be Jesus' followers in 2017.

Registrants who have purchased meals who wish to cancel must notify the oranizer a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event or the cost of the meal will be deducted from the registration fee.
