Workshop for Parents

Young children can feel their feelings very intensely.  Sometimes it isn’t easy as a parent to understand what is going on and everyone ends up feeling frustrated. 
 
In this workshop we will consider how we can acknowledge our children’s feelings in a way that everyone feels better about themselves.
