The Course is tailored to help participants, integrate mindfulness and kindness based approaches into their workplace. The knowledge and experience gained on the course should help the participants to cultivate a different kind of relationship with themselves and others and enhance their experience of living and simply being. Our courses will help you to systematically develop the skill of being present with your experience.
