This event is proudly presented as part of the annual Small Business Festival Victoria for 2016.

This seminar will discuss the importance of developing and securing a solid brand identity. A variety of topics will be covered including which laws relate to: brand strategy and purpose, the development of registrable brands and leveraging your brand as a commercial asset. Seminar attendees will walk away with valuable information on the relevant intellectual property and commercial laws, choosing and obtaining a domain and business name, how to avoid conflict down the line, and how to maintain a solid brand reputation.

This seminar would have great appeal to those who are in the earlier stages of developing a brand or setting up a small business, including start-ups, but would also be of great use to existing small business owners. Whilst we expect this seminar to appeal significantly to creative industries, the topics covered will also apply broadly to issues faced by all business owners.
